What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

Unfortunately the roommate would not be approved to move in.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

The true security deposit is refundable pending final rent, water bill, and any damages found in the unit at move out.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

No, unfortunately the lease termination fee will be required.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Yes for a maximum of 3 months at the market rent.

Do you accept short term leases?

Yes, Park at Avellino offers 7-14 month leases.

Are residents required to have renters insurance?

Yes, we require $100,000 in liability coverage.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

By submitting a work order through the resident portal.

When is my rent payment due?

On the 1st and late after the 3rd every month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

Yes, online payments can be set up and/or scheduled through the resident portal.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

No, only online payments are accepted.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Occupants over the age of 18 can stay in the apartment for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days, they'll need to be approved and added to the lease.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

Yes, occupants can be added so they reflect on the lease.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

No, satellite dishes are not permitted on site.

Do you have cable services?

No, we recommend to purchase cable services through the local provider.

Are gas grills permitted at your property?

No, the property provides grilling centers for the residents use.

Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

All units have a patio with exterior storage attached to the unit.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

Yes as long as written permission from manager is provided and the apartment has to be painted back to the original color before move out.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

No, packages cannot be accepted at the office and will need to be delivered to the apartment door.
